		<description>Congratulations - another well thought out posting from your daily life. New systems or ways of doing things should always be intuitive, so that how to use the new process is obvious to the user- which wasn&#039;t true in this case. Well done for seeing the issue and explaining it in an easy to understand way.</description>

		<description>My take on this was that it was unlikely that the way to use the box was unclear... the strap at the top of the box is pretty easy to see. So I thought that it must be some kind of issue or ignorance on the part of the sales assistant. I should have gone back and interviewed the sales assistant to find out why ;-) That would be the measure of a truly inquisitive designer!

I&#039;ve seen those panettone boxes before, but I hadn&#039;t made the connection. Good link!</description>
